1. About this policy
This policy explains how Paragon Advisory Partners LLC (“Paragon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information associated with visits to pgnfr.com and inquiries about our California fair return petition services.
This policy covers website inquiries and related communications. If you engage us to prepare a petition, additional information handling may be described in your engagement documents or a separate notice. Please do not send tenant records, Social Security numbers, bank details, or other sensitive documents in an initial email inquiry; ask us about an appropriate method for any records needed for your analysis or engagement.
2. Information collected
Information you provide. The analysis-request form asks for your name, email address, phone number, property city, property ZIP code, number of units, and, optionally, the best time to call. We may also receive information you choose to provide when you email or call us, such as details about your building or your inquiry.
Form submissions. When you submit the analysis-request form, your contact and property details and campaign source labels are sent to Formspree, our form-processing provider. Formspree stores submissions in our Formspree account and sends email notifications to our configured inquiry inbox, info@pgnfr.com, so we can respond. The website code does not save those form entries in browser storage or a website database. Please do not include sensitive documents in this contact form. There is no online scheduling widget on this website.
Technical information. Hosting and security providers may process technical information when you visit, including IP address, browser and device information, pages requested, referring page, and request date and time, to deliver and protect the website. Their practices depend on the hosting configuration and their applicable policies.
3. How information is used
Information provided in an inquiry is intended to help us respond, arrange a free analysis call, assess whether our services may be relevant to your property, and manage related communications. Campaign source labels may be used to understand which mailer or email wave generated an inquiry. Technical information may be used to operate the website, troubleshoot problems, and protect against misuse. Information may also be used when necessary to meet applicable legal obligations or address a dispute.
Requesting an analysis does not sign you up for an automated marketing email or text campaign through this website. If we introduce a separate marketing program, we will provide the appropriate notice and choices.
5. Cookies and tracking
The authored website code does not set cookies or use local storage for advertising, analytics, or collecting contact information. It uses session storage within your browser tab to retain campaign source tags (such as the mailer or email wave) and UTM campaign labels. These tags are carried in internal website and PDF links and included in form analysis requests or the form’s prepared email so we can understand which campaign prompted an inquiry. Ordinary phone and email links remain unchanged. The tags retained in browser storage do not include your personal form entries and are not used by this code to track activity across unrelated websites. The website’s fonts and visible logo are served with the site. Hosting infrastructure or a third-party service may have its own technical logging, cookies, or tracking practices; the absence of tracking in the website code is not a guarantee about those providers.
The current website code does not track your activity across other websites and does not change its behavior in response to a browser’s “Do Not Track” signal. It has no configured sale or cross-context advertising-sharing activity to opt out of. This does not replace any obligation to honor Global Privacy Control where applicable. If analytics, advertising, or scheduling integrations are introduced, the relevant disclosures and privacy choices must be updated.
Other parties may collect information across websites when you use their linked services or third-party services. Browser privacy settings may let you restrict cookies or other tracking, although doing so can affect a third-party service’s functionality.
6. Retention and security
Inquiry information may be retained to respond, manage the related relationship, meet applicable recordkeeping obligations, or resolve disputes. Formspree retains submissions according to its service terms and our account plan and settings; copies received by email may have a different retention period. Email, telephone, and hosting providers may have separate retention settings. A specific firm-wide retention period is not stated in this policy. Contact us with questions about retention or to request deletion, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements.
No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Avoid sending sensitive records through ordinary email; ask us about an appropriate method if such records are needed for an engagement.
7. Your choices and requests
You can choose not to submit an inquiry. If you want us to respond or assess your request, we need enough contact and property information to do so. You can also contact us to update information you previously provided, request access to or deletion of it, or ask us to stop further inquiry follow-up.
Send requests to info@pgnfr.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. Include enough information to identify the inquiry, but do not email identification documents or other sensitive information unless a secure verification method has been arranged. We may need to verify your identity, and legal or recordkeeping requirements may limit what can be changed or deleted.
If the California Consumer Privacy Act or another privacy law applies to our handling of your information, you may have additional rights, including rights to know or access information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, opt out of sale or certain sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive information, and exercise applicable rights without unlawful discrimination. Rights depend on the law and relevant exceptions. This policy does not determine whether Paragon is a business covered by the CCPA.
8. Children’s information
This website is intended for adult property owners and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our contact channels, please contact us so the matter can be reviewed and the information removed where appropriate.
9. Policy updates
We will post revisions on this page and update the effective date. If a material change requires an additional notice under applicable law, we will provide that notice. Please review this page when using the website or submitting a new inquiry.
